Demulsifier for Oily Wastewater
Reverse demulsifier for oily wastewater, breaking oil-in-water emulsions in refinery and machining streams.
Overview
Demulsifier is a specialty chemical designed to break stable oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, releasing dispersed oil droplets so they can coalesce, separate and be removed from wastewater streams. In wastewater treatment, it is widely used as a pretreatment step ahead of coagulation and flotation, significantly reducing oil content and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the effluent.
